Brand New in box. I bought the optional 32MB memory stick
(which colds hundreds of photos) and the optional firewire
card and cable. I also bought a very nice carrying case
and a High 8MM tape for you to get started (unopened Sony brand.)

It also comes with loads of software, I really researched this camera
before buying it and all of the reviews were great.

However, some other things have come up and I need cash more than
all of this equipment.

The firewire card and cable is to stream and save the video to your PC.
The memory stick is for still pictures only (not live video) the tapes are
for that. It comes with a USB cable to stream your pics from the memory
stick and the software includes a burn to disk and VCD option.

Forgot the price, 400 takes everything. I am about $550.00 invested into this.
