Where to donate wheelchair?

We would like to donate a wheelchair (it's a companion chair actually
- 4 small wheels) to an organization that could get it to someone who
needs one and can't afford one. Anyone have any suggestions for the
Sacramento area?

We had one and gave it to a nursing home so they could loan it to
visitors.
